I know the site says we can pay at the track when we register online. If I do register online, but for some reason, I can't make it to the track, am I still liable for the fees? I wouldn't register online unless I fully expected to show, but things do happen (car gets stolen, or kids get sick, etc.).

No, you are not liable for any of the fees if you pre-register. Preregistration helps us in having your information pre-loaded in our software to make check-in/registration the morning of the event easier!
