Dear Dixie Region autocross gurus,
My girlfriend's nephew (11) wants to ride along with me at the next autocross in January (2012), and although they are both ok with it, neither of his parents will be able to be there on site.
If I recall correctly, don't minors have to have parent permission/signature? Is this something I can have his parents fill out in advance and just bring along with me? If so, could you please direct me to the neccesary and correct forms?
Thanks, -Will

In addition to having a minor waiver signed by a parent to just be on site, the minimum age for ride-alongs is 12. Ask Shane and Alyssa, who were already racing go-karts, how hard it was to wait till they turned 12. Colin's itchin' to do some ride-alongs too I'm sure.
