Hello all,
Im kind of an old newbie. Was fairly active in 2 other regions (Salina, Wichita) in the 90's till ~2002 when the money ran out
in the middle of building a dedicated car and the interest kinda faded from there. Previous toys were 87 200SX SE (stock), 93 Saturn SC1 (street modified), 81 RX-7 (SRX) Dont remember what autoX class Spec RX built cars fell under... doesnt matter much it didnt make it to that point, employment ran out and the money followed shortly after.
Currently have a 1990 Beretta GTZ the plan is for DSP alot of update backdate to the best of what GM offered in its 10 years of production. W41 quad 4, close ratio HM282, 88 GT swaybars... to absurdum. Itll make an appearance sooner or later need to get it back on the road first its still carrying a Kansass reg that expired in 2005. So likely big $$ to get it transfered down here and all squared away. Have to brush up on rules alots changed in my 10 year absence.
As for me I have a BSEE from Kansas State University currently working in broadcast television, a 13 year veteran short track speedskater and just a general lust for anything inherintly dangerous, goes fast or makes lots of noise. On the side own a small custom sportswear company that makes uniforms for speedskaters and luge sliders.
