According to the FAA closed indefinitly. Anyone know anyone or care to feel around as to its status for recreational purposes?

There is WAY too much money needed to get that thing operational. A buddy of mine and I rode out there in his SUV and it was a rough ride in that up and down the runway. When we talked to the realtor he was looking to unload it and his client was asking $4-Million if I remember correctly.
